Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Payment can be made by Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Afterpay (which offers payment in 4 installments over 8 weeks). Secure payment processing is provided by Stripe.
If you see something on my Instagram that you want, and it's not listed on my site, send me a message using the contact form, and I can give you a quote.
No VAT or other international import duties or taxes have been collected at checkout. Any additional charges incurred upon international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
New Zealand Shipping
Orders for print sizes up to A4 will be couriered within New Zealand at a flat rate of $15 per order ($20 for rural addresses). Larger prints (297x297mm and up) are $20 within the North Island, and $25 for South Island addresses. Please choose the correct shipping rate at the checkout. Orders with incorrect shipping may be cancelled.
Prints are mailed in a cellophane sleeve with a cardboard backing. Your order will be printed especially for you, so please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.
Australian Shipping
Shipping rates to Australia are $30 for print sizes up to A4, and $55 for larger prints (297x297mm and up). Please choose the correct shipping rate at the checkout. Orders with incorrect shipping may be cancelled.

International Shipping
Please use the contact form for international orders, Let me know print size and country for delivery. International shipping rates from my local printer range from $55 for prints up to A4, to $115 for prints larger than A3. However, I may be able to reduce these costs by fulfilling your order offshore. I can ship to most countries, however I do not currently ship to Israel.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 7 days to discuss replacement or refund options.
Unfortunately I can not offer returns or refunds on artworks shipped internationally.

Sarah Overdale Fine Art will never sell your data, and will only share with third parties to the extent necessary to conduct business or fulfill legal requirements. We make it a policy to process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to conduct our business. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Information collected automatically (Device Information):
When you visit the Sarah Overdale Fine Art website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site.

We use Stripe to process payments, and they process all information related to orders, such as your name, contact details, billing and payment information, and shipping address. We use Print Art to fulfil print orders, and they may receive your name and shipping address in order to send the print directly to you. Data is shared only to the extent necessary to conduct our business, and we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.
Data security and legal disclosure:
We keep reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and personal data disclosure in its control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed. Please be aware that your data may be transferred outside of New Zealand, including to Europe, Canada, or the United States.
We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required by law, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legitimate government request.
